Dwight Donald Doran

Dwight Donald Doran, 77 of Omaha died Wednesday Nov. 21, 2007. He was born June 24th, 1930 in Lincoln, NE to Fred and Evelyn Chambers Doran. He married Mary Anne Ekeler on November 20th 1954 in Exeter, NE. Survived by wife, Mary Anne of Omaha; son, Joseph and wife, Renee of Kennard; daughter, Dr. Geri Doran Yanes and husband Al of Rochester, MN.; son, Paul and wife Stephanie of Huntley, Il.; son, Fred and wife Julia of Omaha, NE; daughter, Dorene Watson and husband Jim of Seattle, WA.; grandchildren, Rebecca and Dan Hasemann and Jacob Doran of Kennard, Kevin, Alex, Natalie Doran of Huntley, Il; Kristine, Zachary, Catherine and Emma Doran of Omaha; Robert Watson, of Seattle, WA; great grandson, Isaac Hasemann of Fremont; brother, Ivan Doran of Lincoln; sisters-in-law, Frances Ekeler of Lincoln, Pat Ekeler of Wichita, KS, and Ruth Ekeler of Exeter; and twenty-one nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by son, Frank Doran; brothers-in-law, Wilfrid Ekeler, John Ekeler, and Frank Joe Ekeler; nephew, Dennis Doran.

Mass of Christian Burial Tuesday 10:00 A.M. at St. James Catholic Church in Omaha. Visitation Monday 4:30 p.m. at St. James Catholic Church. Interment, Resurrection Catholic Cemetery, Monday wake with Rosary Recitation at 7:00 P.M. at St James Catholic Church, Military honors by Millard AL 374 and VFW 8334. Memorials to St. James Catholic Church or charity of your choice.
